Customer Responsibility (International):

  • All international shipping charges

  • Customs duties and import taxes

  • Clearance and tariff fees

2.3 Delivery Timeframes

Ready-to-Ship Items:

  • Processing: 7-14 business days

  • Total delivery: 10-21 business days from order

Made-to-Order Items:

  • Production: 30-45 days

  • Shipping: Additional 7-14 days

  • Total: 37-60 days from order

Custom/Bespoke Items:

  • Timeline: 45-90 days (depending on complexity)

  • Communicated at time of order

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, customs clearance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

2.6 Delivery Process

Ground Floor Residences/Offices:

  • Products delivered to doorstep

  • Signature required

Multi-Level Buildings:

  • Products placed in secure lobby/reception area

  • Security desk notified

  • You are responsible for arranging manpower to move items to your unit

Assembly:

  • Basic instructions included (if applicable)

  • Professional assembly available for additional fee (select locations)

 


 

2.7 Your Responsibilities Before Delivery

IMPORTANT: Measure Your Space

Before ordering, measure:

  • Doorway widths and heights

  • Hallway dimensions

  • Elevator size (if applicable)

  • Stairway width and turns

  • Final placement area

We recommend watching our "Measure Your Space" guide on our website.

We are NOT responsible if:

  • Furniture doesn't fit through doorways or hallways

  • You didn't measure correctly

  • Access issues prevent delivery beyond lobby

 


 

2.8 Delivery Requirements

You Must:

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact number

  • Be available (or arrange someone) to receive delivery

  • Inspect items before signing

  • Report damage immediately to delivery agent

  • Clear delivery path before scheduled delivery

Incorrect Address:

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to wrong address provided by you

  • Redelivery may incur additional fees

 


 

2.9 Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No one available to receive

  • Incorrect address

  • Furniture doesn't fit through access points

  • Refusal to accept

Then:

  • Redelivery scheduled (may incur fees)

  • After multiple failures: Order returned to warehouse

  • Redelivery and storage fees: Customer responsibility

 


 

2.10 Delivery Delays

We strive for on-time delivery, but delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing or material delays

  • Logistics partner delays

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Customs delays (international)

  • Strikes, lockdowns, or pandemics

  • Other force majeure events

We will notify you of delays and provide updates. We are not liable for damages due to delays beyond our control.

 


 

2.11 International Shipping

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Comply with destination country's import/export laws

  • Pay all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees

  • Provide accurate customs documentation

  • Arrange local delivery from customs (if needed)

Risks:

  • All international shipping risks borne by customer

  • Includes customs rejection, delays, or additional fees

  • Returns: Customer pays return shipping; duties/taxes non-refundable

 


 

2.12 Order Redirection

  • Once shipped, orders CANNOT be redirected

  • Address changes must be requested before shipping

PART 3: PRICING AND PAYMENT

3.1 Pricing

  • All prices in Indian Rupees (INR)

  • Prices exclusive of taxes - GST calculated at checkout

  • Shipping charges shown before final payment (if applicable)

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and change prices

Pricing Errors: If an error occurs after your order:

  • We will notify you immediately

  • Offer to honor correct price or cancel with full refund

  • Made-to-order items: Payment before production starts

  • No partial payments or installments (unless agreed in writing)

A: No. Returns only for defects, damage, or incorrect items. Not for preferences.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Ready-to-ship: 10-21 days | Made-to-order: 37-60 days | Custom: 45-90 days

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Email info@tatestudio.in for quote. You pay shipping, duties, and taxes.

Q: What if my furniture arrives damaged?
A: Report to delivery agent immediately. Email info@tatestudio.in within 24 hours with photos. We arrange replacement/repair at no cost.

Q: Can I exchange items?
A: No direct exchanges. Return original (if eligible) for refund, then place new order.

Q: Are sale items returnable?
A: No. All sale items are final sale.

Q: How do I track my order?
