1.5 Damaged or Defective Items
At Time of Delivery:

Report visible damage to the delivery agent

Hidden Damage:

Report within 14 days of delivery

Photos/videos required as evidence

Subject to evaluation and approval
Resolution:

Replacement at no cost (within 40 days), OR

On-site repair (if feasible), OR

Full refund (if repair/replacement not possible)
1.6 Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item:

We arrange immediate pickup and delivery of correct item

No cost to you for return shipping
